Peer Gynt was my second play with amateur theatre company that we performed in the open-air. Here I also played several small roles like a bored wedding guest, a trole in the mountains, a guard in a house for the mentally ill. But in my biggest role I had to act out was Death. I tried to characterize this as a man without emotions, his job was to melt people to new spirits. |
